The Challenge

KOI already has one of the strongest identities and communities in esports. The challenge was to imagine how its merchandise could move beyond conventional team apparel and become a fashion-led collection with its own visual language, while preserving the character, energy and recognisable codes of the club.

The Solution

We developed an independent concept collection built around oversized silhouettes, washed finishes, knitwear, custom graphics and expressive campaign imagery. Every piece was designed to feel wearable beyond esports, creating a cohesive system across garments, labels, packaging and communication.

Project Scope

Apparel Design & Collection Direction

Collection concept, garment selection, graphic design, colour system, print placement, labels, packaging and product presentation.
